• Purpose: Our app provides financial advice based on the analysis of uploaded bank statements. The advice provided is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional financial advice.
• Prohibited Conduct: Users are prohibited from uploading fraudulent or malicious content. Any misuse of the app may result in termination of access.

3. User Content

• Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you upload, including bank statements and other financial documents. By uploading content, you grant us the right to process it for the purpose of providing financial advice.
• Responsibility: You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you upload.

4. Data Security

We prioritize the security of your data. Our advanced security measures, including restricted access, ensure that your data is protected from unauthorized access and is only used for its intended purpose.

5. Disclaimers

• No Professional Advice: The financial advice provided by our AI chatbot is based on the analysis of your uploaded documents and is for informational purposes only. We do not provide professional financial, legal, or tax advice.
• No Warranties: The app is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or that the advice provided will be suitable for your specific needs.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinAID shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on the advice provided.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms
